Are you passionate about technology? At ISS, you ensure the proper functioning of modern buildings. As a building technician, you ensure the perfect condition of electrotechnical installations or HVACSE systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electricity) – guaranteeing comfort, safety and efficiency at all times.

Your tasks:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services on technical installations
Ensure maintenance, troubleshooting and adjustment of technical installations
Manage maintenance and upkeep activities
Handle various requests and minor repairs.
Process daily work reports, delivery notes and purchase orders
Supervise and monitor the execution of work by contracted companies
Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for the different sectors
Administrative tasks (CMMS, dispatching, etc.)
Manage small repair projects
Provide on-call service (1 week / 5)

Your profile:

Diploma as a technical ES technician, CFC or certificate in building technology or maintenance, electricity or energy, or an equivalent qualification
Several years of proven experience in a similar position in the service sector, facility management or technical field
Driving licence
French language (B2/C1)
Very good command of common IT tools (MS Office)
Strong customer orientation, team spirit and flexibility
