Your tasks

Building up and further developing the Surveying / Geomatics departmentManaging and handling demanding surveying projectsTechnical and personnel leadership of the surveying teamRecruitment and development of employeesPreparation and calculation of quotationsReview of tenders and submissionsMaintenance of existing customer relationshipsAcquisition of new customers and building long-term partnerships

What you bring

Several years of professional experience in surveying or geomaticsExperience in project management and ideally staff leadershipKnowledge of quotation processes and submissionsSound knowledge of modern surveying methodsEntrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in building up a departmentExisting industry network is an advantage
