What you will achieve

• Support the branch manager and lead the supermarket during their absence
• Organise work processes
• Coordinate market development and marketing planning
• Ensure concept-compliant and appealing product presentation
• Various administrative tasks ensuring the flow of information
• Introduction/instruction of new employees

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Field: in retail; further training (e.g. as a retail specialist) is an advantage
• Professional experience: at least 2 years of experience in sales/retail
• High motivation, independence and enjoyment of entrepreneurial action
• Customer-oriented and friendly demeanour
• German (B1)
