Youth Club Assistant

hourly wage, approx. 20-30 %

Your main tasks

Accompanying the youth club on Wednesday afternoons and Friday evenings as part of a motivated team with our offerings such as open club, Friday night dinner, open gym, gender-specific activities and much more

Accompanying and animating young people and groups in the daily club routine

Assisting in the implementation of varied projects and creative workshops

Preparation and follow-up of the youth club (shopping, setting up, tidying up, etc.)

Your profile

Interest in young people and their world

Experience working with young people

Sense of responsibility, humour and the ability to remain calm in hectic situations

Team and conflict management skills

Training in social work or education is an advantage
