• Responsible for the correct maintenance of organizational, personnel master, and contract data for fenaco companies from Western Switzerland (payroll and posting runs are carried out by central HR fenaco)
• Recording and processing all payroll-relevant changes from entry to exit, including monthly plausibility and quality assurance tasks (IKS)
• Clarifying and handling payroll and posting-related questions (account assignment, use of wage types, etc.)
• Handling tasks in the area of social insurance related to AHV, family allowances, EO, health and accident insurance
• Clarifying and handling questions regarding time management
• Creating reports and statistics
• Contact person for HR Business Partners, HR Service Partners, line managers, employees as well as finance and time management responsible persons in all payroll matters

• Commercial basic education with completed further training in payroll, social insurance, or HR
• Professional experience in a comparable function
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss payroll specifics
• Good SAP HCM knowledge is an advantage
• Independent, precise, and structured way of working
• Fluent French and German skills in spoken and written form (bilingual)
