About the job
- Responsible for the correct maintenance of organizational, personnel master, and contract data for fenaco companies from Western Switzerland (payroll and posting runs are carried out by central HR fenaco)
- Recording and processing all payroll-relevant changes from entry to exit, including monthly plausibility and quality assurance tasks (IKS)
- Clarifying and handling payroll and posting-related questions (account assignment, use of wage types, etc.)
- Handling tasks in the area of social insurance related to AHV, family allowances, EO, health and accident insurance
- Clarifying and handling questions regarding time management
- Creating reports and statistics
- Contact person for HR Business Partners, HR Service Partners, line managers, employees as well as finance and time management responsible persons in all payroll matters
- Commercial basic education with completed further training in payroll, social insurance, or HR
- Professional experience in a comparable function
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss payroll specifics
- Good SAP HCM knowledge is an advantage
- Independent, precise, and structured way of working
- Fluent French and German skills in spoken and written form (bilingual)
