Amaris is recruiting a Quality Internal Audit Manager (M/F/X) to join its Biel teams in Switzerland.
🔥 Your responsibilities:
- You plan, conduct and report on process, system and supplier audits in accordance with internal methodologies and standards.
- You identify improvement opportunities, assess operational and strategic risks, and provide pragmatic, high-value recommendations.
- You write audit reports and present findings as well as action plans to various stakeholders.
- You support teams in improving their practices and contribute to the development of a quality and audit culture.
- You participate in aligning processes with the company’s strategic objectives.
- You progressively engage in internal and then supplier audits, in industrial environments related notably to production, industrialisation, logistics and supply chain.
🎯 Your profile:
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality, Systems Management or Business Administration and ideally have 5 years’ experience in auditing or process improvement.
- You have a good understanding of quality, supply chain and sustainability issues in an industrial environment.
- You possess knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, without requiring normative expertise or Lead Auditor certification.
- You are able to analyse complex organisations with a systemic and continuous improvement approach.
- You know how to interact with diverse interlocutors, facilitate constructive exchanges and unite around concrete recommendations.
- You are recognised for your organisation, autonomy, synthesis skills as well as your advisory stance, based on listening, humility and the ability to convince.
