About the job

For our Volg in Rickenbach, we are looking for a committed and customer-oriented personality immediately or by arrangement. In this versatile role, you are co-responsible for a smooth process in everyday sales. Your tasks range from inventory management to baking to customer service – including cash register and post agency. You pitch in wherever needed – close to the customers, right in the middle of the action.

The workload is 60-80%, with the willingness to additionally cover during holiday absences. You work in shifts between 05:00 and 19:30.

Tasks

Responsible for shift management
Assisting in the supervision of trainees
Handling orders
Operating the cash register and the post agency
Ensuring the specified product range
Presentation and management of goods according to concept
Preparation and baking of bakery products
Maintenance of the sales area

Profile

Completed basic training in retail or comparable professional experience in sales
Solid knowledge in the food sector
Open-minded, reliable, and team-oriented personality
Good German skills in spoken and written form
