- Design and implementation of
automation solutions for business processes in various industries
- Conducting proof of concepts with our customers for innovative automation solutions
- Operation of automation solutions, incident management, maintenance of documentation and other operational tasks
- Completed degree with IT relevance or a comparable qualification
- Experience with automation software such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform and/or Automation Anywhere
- At least 2 years of active, verifiable practical experience in the design and implementation of projects with Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath or comparable automation platforms
- Proven knowledge in at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g. Python, Java, C#, C++, etc.)
- Confident handling of UI elements and API programming
- Understanding of UI elements and API programming (for AI integrations)
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Proven analytical skills and conceptual thinking ability
- Initiative, goal and result orientation
- Confidence in your skills and communicative appearance
- Enthusiasm for visionary IT topics and desire to actively shape the future of the working world
- Participation in the entire development process from requirements to operation
