About the job

 

Your main missions will be as follows:

• Read, analyse and sort relevant information from medical documents relating to patient care;
• Identify and prioritise situations requiring rapid or specific treatment and ensure their transmission to the relevant professionals;
• Write structured summaries of medical and care elements from received files, then integrate them into the Pulse Medica patient record;
• Transmit these summaries clearly and targeted to the nursing team to facilitate the start of clinical care;
• Manage daily the dedicated mailboxes for the nursing teams of the regional USMIs and ensure follow-up of messages;
• Actively participate in internal conferences, training and supervisions;
• Contribute to interdisciplinary exchanges by providing nursing and administrative expertise.

Your assets:

• Bachelor in nursing or equivalent qualification;
• Minimum 5 years of nursing practice experience;
• Experience as an advisory nurse as well as in administrative management;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools; knowledge of Pulse Medica is an asset;
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written; knowledge of English and/or another language is desirable;
• Ability to work independently and in interprofessional collaboration, with a spirit of mutual aid and cooperation;
• Good analytical, synthesis and writing skills, with rigour and precision;
• Driving licence required.
