- Professional and personnel management of a team of around 25 employees
- Active promotion, development and support of your employees
- Close cooperation with the nursing management and the attending physicians
- Participation in direct nursing and support of the team in everyday life
- Contact person for relatives and external institutions

Your profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH
- Ideally first leadership experience including leadership training or willingness to complete it
- Experience in rehabilitation is an advantage
- High social competence and pronounced teamwork skills
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- Enjoyment of responsibility and active participation
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
As team leader of our nursing team in cardiac rehabilitation, you lead and support your team in the demanding nursing everyday life and ensure professional, empathetic care of our patients together. The team accompanies people holistically through the rehabilitation process, prepares them for an independent everyday life and works closely with doctors, therapists and other professionals.
Start: from August 2026 or by arrangement.
