Lead and promote: Professional and personnel leadership of approx. 25 employees (approx. 40% direct leadership tasks)
Shape collaboration: You support your team and work closely with the nursing management and the doctors
Live nursing: Active participation in nursing as well as contact person for relatives and further institutions
Strengthen independence: You accompany patients back to everyday life in independence
Co-create: You integrate the company’s strategic and economic goals into the team’s daily work

What you bring with you

Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH
Leadership training or willingness to complete it
High social competence as well as independent and reliable working style
Enjoyment in taking on responsibility
Leadership experience an advantage
Experience in rehabilitation an advantage
Good IT user skills
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form

As team leader of our nursing team in cardiac rehabilitation, you lead and support your team in the demanding nursing everyday life and ensure professional, empathetic care of our patients together. The team accompanies people holistically through the rehabilitation process, prepares them for an independent everyday life and works closely with doctors, therapists and other professionals.
