About the job
In our Quality Assurance department, we perform a variety of customer-oriented service functions for external customers as well as for our internal customers at HACO AG and NARIDA AG.
To support the team, we are looking for you (immediately or by arrangement) as a Quality Management Employee 80-100%.
The scope of duties includes
- Responsible for the support and organization of Kosher and Halal management
- Technical responsibility and leadership of the HACCP team for spices
- Processing and coordination of customer requirements, customer questionnaires, and customer inquiries
- Creating declarations according to customer and market-specific legal requirements (CH, EU, USA, CAN)
- Review and maintenance of raw material specifications
- Participation in projects for new developments and recipe changes, from kick-off to initial production
- Conducting internal audits as well as hygiene inspections
- Representation of quality management in cross-departmental projects
- Deputizing for the label specialist area (organic, RSPO, Rainforest, Fairtrade, V-Label, allergen label).
What you bring with you
- Completed studies in food sciences (FH or ETH) or equivalent
- Initial experience in the food industry in quality management is an advantage
- Open, communicative personality who likes to take responsibility
- Proactive, flexible, committed with a networked and practical way of thinking
- Independent, conscientious, and precise working style
- Good English skills in spoken and written form
