Actively participate

Taking over daily responsibility and conducting rounds
An active role as a professional support in the team as well as in challenging situations
Participation in the introduction of new employees and trainees – you accompany, promote, and provide security
Opportunity to deepen or take on additional tasks (e.g., Care Coach, Kinaesthetics, basal stimulation, etc.)
A work environment where expertise, relationship care, and humanity are in harmony
