These are your tasks

You prepare our seminar and event rooms according to the event order

You look after our guests and organisers during the event

You provide catering, technology and infrastructure

You check the rooms and carry out follow-up and billing according to specifications

You work closely with the various departments

You support banquets and special events

You take on general cleaning and maintenance tasks

What we expect from you

You have completed training in hospitality/catering or have comparable professional experience

You bring experience in seminars, events or banquets

You love guest contact, are communicative and always remain courteous and friendly

You have a strong service awareness and are willing to go the extra mile for our guests

You are reliable, have a quick grasp and a good sense of our guests’ needs

You speak fluent German; additional language skills are a plus
