About the job

In order to adapt to the evolution of our management portfolio, we are looking for a start date to be agreed upon:

A 100% PROPERTY MANAGER

The profile must imperatively and at minimum be as follows:

• A CFC Commercial Employee or maturity level,
• At least 3 years of experience in rental management of a property portfolio in Geneva,
• Mastery of Swiss tenancy law,
• Strong sense of responsibility,
• Autonomy in file management,
• Precise, quick and dynamic,
• Very comfortable with common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook),
• Proven experience with Quorum,
• Perfect knowledge of the French language,
• Excellent spelling and writing skills,
• Swiss or valid permit.
