The Clair Bois Foundation is a private organisation benefiting from a service contract with the State of Geneva. At its six sites located in Pregny-Chambésy, Lancy (Child and Adolescent Centre), Pinchat, Chêne-Bougeries, Chêne-Bourg and in the City of Geneva (Adult Centre), it welcomes people with multiple disabilities. It also supports young people in initial training and employs a significant number of staff in adapted employment. For its Adult Centre, at the Pinchat and Gradelle sites, the Foundation is looking for:

Sociocultural Facilitators

Job Description:

- Propose and lead regular weekly and occasional activities

- Promote as broad access as possible to animation activities for the people supported by the Foundation

- Work interdisciplinarily and collaborate with various internal and external networks

- Promote values of inclusion and social participation

- Develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external networks (associations, institutions, specialised professionals)

- Participate in the reflection, evaluation and development of the Adult Centre’s animation offer

Qualifications:

- HES diploma in sociocultural animation or an equivalent qualification

- Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in the field of animation

- Experience with people with disabilities is an asset

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Ability to work autonomously and liaise with various internal and external partners

- Ease in organising personal tasks

- Proficiency with IT tools (Microsoft Office suite, image processing)

- Flexibility with variable working hours

- Driving licence required

- Swiss nationality or valid permit
