• Independent leadership and implementation of strategic and conceptual tasks and projects
• Responsible (further) development and implementation of the Division Service strategy
• Further development of the standardisation of project management processes and implementation of best practices within the PMO
• Monitoring and coordination of projects to ensure efficient collaboration and communication
• Strategic advice to the Executive Vice President Division Service and management team
• Preparation of reports for the executive board and the supervisory board
• Development of market analyses, management reports and evaluations

• Completed studies in economics, business administration or industrial engineering
• Several years of experience in a strategy consultancy or in comparable strategic roles in an industrial environment
• Initial experience in leading and further developing teams
• Strong analytical skills and structured thinking as well as experience in change management
• Strong communication skills and confident handling of stakeholders at all levels
• High initiative, implementation strength and the ability to win others over to change
• Fluent German and business fluent English skills, both written and spoken
