YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Independent leadership and implementation of strategic and conceptual tasks and projects
- Responsible (further) development and implementation of the Division Service strategy
- Further development of the standardisation of project management processes and implementation of best practices within the PMO
- Monitoring and coordination of projects to ensure efficient collaboration and communication
- Strategic advice to the Executive Vice President Division Service and management team
- Preparation of reports for the executive board and the supervisory board
- Development of market analyses, management reports and evaluations
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed studies in economics, business administration or industrial engineering
- Several years of experience in a strategy consultancy or in comparable strategic roles in an industrial environment
- Initial experience in leading and further developing teams
- Strong analytical skills and structured thinking as well as experience in change management
- Strong communication skills and confident handling of stakeholders at all levels
- High initiative, implementation strength and the ability to win others over to change
- Fluent German and business fluent English skills, both written and spoken
