While the Senevita locations offer independent assisted living and comprehensive care, Senevita Casa is the leading provider of private Spitex services in Switzerland.For the Senevita Obstgarten in Affoltern am Albis, we are looking for a reliable and motivated person as soon as possible or by arrangement.

Activation Management (m/f) 80% - 90%

What you will achieve

You will lead the Activation department with 4 motivated employees in terms of expertise, personnel, and organization.
Together with your team, you will create an exciting activation program for a total of 120 residents in our care facility and about 50 retirees in the assisted living area.
In collaboration with the hospitality management, you will organize and design various sociocultural events.
You will support, activate, and accompany our residents individually or in groups and accompany the residents' outings.
You enjoy building and organizing a volunteer team that supports your activation team.
Cross-departmental collaboration is a matter of course for you.

What distinguishes you

You have completed training as an Activation Specialist HF or as a responsible person for everyday design and activation or a degree in gerontopsychiatry, movement therapy, or related fields (e.g., occupational therapy).
You have several years of professional experience in activation, know the field of long-term care, and enjoy working with older people.
Very good oral and written German skills as well as user knowledge in MS Office.
Networked thinking, a flexible, creative, and solution-oriented working style, as well as a sense of responsibility characterize your personality.
You are an organizational talent and strive to design everyday life efficiently together with your team.
