Your Tasks
- Inspections of various engine parts and engine components
- Understanding and implementing aviation regulations as well as complying with safety, quality, and operational requirements
- Application of Lean (Lean Events, 5S)
- Participation in the development and introduction of new processes and improvements
- Inspections of various engine parts and engine components
- Creating work papers for internal and external overhaul
- Clarifications in case of deviations from manufacturer regulations with technical support
- Pre- and intermediate inspections of parts during rework
- Conducting internal audits to further improve quality and infrastructure
Your Profile
- Successfully completed vocational training, preferably in a technical field
o (polymechanic, automotive or mechanical engineer, or similar) - Independent, precise, and responsible work according to quality specifications
- Open-minded, team-oriented, and reliable personality, flexibility in work deployment as well as willingness to work in a 2-shift operation
- Willingness for new, additional training
- Good IT skills, especially MS Office - SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Good technical knowledge and understanding
- Absolute sense of responsibility and logical thinking ability
- Responsibility regarding safety, quality, performance, and costs
