• Personnel and professional leadership of around 20 cleaning staff according to recognised professional principles and further development of quality standards
• Ensuring hygiene in the institution in accordance with legal regulations and internal company concepts
• Planning, optimisation and further development of cleaning tasks with our digital cleaning tool
• Active participation in cleaning during resource shortages
• Preparation and monitoring of the budget
• Economical purchasing of goods and periodic inventory taking

• Completed training as a hotel management area manager with a federal diploma and several years of experience in a comparable role
• Several years of leadership experience, preferably in healthcare
• Entrepreneurial management of the cleaning department
• Team- and solution-oriented working style with organisational skills and appropriate foresight
• A high degree of flexibility, independence and motivation
• Confident German in spoken and written form as well as proficient IT skills
• Positive and motivated personality with good communication and assertiveness skills
• Hands-on mentality
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
