SPITEX Wasseramt is a non-profit SPITEX with a service mandate from 11 municipalities in the Solothurn Wasseramt district. We provide professional, comprehensive, and needs-oriented help and care at home. 70 employees care for over 330 clients, deliver more than 36,000 hours annually, and distribute over 15,000 meals.We are looking for a Managing Director 60 – 100% to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your responsibilities include:
• Overall responsibility for the entrepreneurial management of SPITEX Wasseramt with accountability for operations and finances
• Ensuring a stable, economical, and future-proof institution
• Further development of SPITEX Wasseramt regarding services, structures, and service portfolio
• Close, partnership-based collaboration with the board in strategic direction and key future issues
• Leadership and development of the management team with clear direction and commitment
• Active development and positioning of the institution within the regional care environment
Your profile:
• Several years of leadership experience in health or social services, a background in nursing is welcome
• Proven experience in operational organisational development and leadership in change processes.
• Solid competence in financial management
• Experience in supporting demanding transformation projects
• Clear communication, strong decision-making skills, and pronounced entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Integrative, trust-building personality with natural authority and groundedness
• Ideally regionally anchored or familiar with regional care structures
