Team Leader: Legal Data, AI & Outsourcing

As the head of the "Legal Data, AI & Outsourcing" team at Zürcher Kantonalbank, you work at the interface between law and technology and thus at the cutting edge.

• Leading a team of recognised experts
• Advising all internal stakeholders on legal issues in the field of data law and related legal areas as well as governance topics
• Analysing and developing new legal requirements, templates, processes, concepts and controls
• Further developing the group-wide Legal Data Framework and supporting the Legal Data Communities
• Participating in bank-wide change projects as a legal expert for data law and related legal areas
• Conducting physical and virtual training sessions
• Monitoring and impact analyses of data law developments
• Participating in internal and external consultations and handling official correspondence

• Proven leadership experience
• University degree (MLaw, lic.iur. or Dr.iur.) and Swiss bar admission
• Additional legal training such as LL.M. is an advantage
• Solid experience in data law and related legal areas such as banking secrecy, contract, competition, copyright, criminal law
• Expertise in advising on cross-sectional topics in the financial industry or other regulated sectors as in-house legal is essential
• You are strong in analysing complex, interdisciplinary issues and can conceptually and precisely demonstrate their impact and solution options
• Flair for interdisciplinary and agile collaboration in a highly regulated environment
• Very high resilience and stamina, structured thinking and acting, pronounced communication skills with audience-appropriate language
• You proactively shape your role and take responsibility in a dynamic environment
