MOTOREX Fluid Systems supports our customers individually in the planning of garage and industrial facilities, oil and air supplies, as well as the storage of liquids.

Team Leader Purchasing and Product Management Fluid Systems Division (m/f/d) 100%

Scope of work

• Purchasing: You are responsible for procuring our technical goods, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring economical material procurement.
• Product Management:
• You manage and develop our range in the Fluid Systems area, maintain product and master data in SAP as well as in the webshop, and calculate sales prices.
• Sales Support:
• You advise our customers and the field sales team on technical applications, prepare quotations, and handle order processing in SAP.
• Warehouse Logistics:
• You coordinate daily tasks and ensure constructive collaboration.

Requirements

• Completed technical basic training (e.g. sanitary, heating installer, vehicle mechanic, or a comparable technical profession)
• Supplemented by commercial training, e.g. as a technical merchant
• Alternatively, you have commercial training with solid professional experience in a technical environment
• Several years of professional experience in technical purchasing, product management, internal sales, or supply chain, preferably in trading technical products
• Good technical understanding and enjoyment in working with customers, suppliers, and internal contacts
• Fluent German and French; Italian and English are advantageous
• Very good user knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) as well as MS Office
• Independent, reliable, and flexible working style, willingness to assist operationally if needed
• Driving licence category B
