Butcher - Bazenheid Location

For our major client in Bazenheid, we are looking for a motivated and quality-conscious Butcher / Meat Specialist Processing (m/f/d).

In this responsible role, you are in charge of the professional processing of pork as well as the production of ready-for-sale products.

Tasks

• Cutting and trimming pork
• Professional boning and processing of meat
• Producing and preparing ready-for-sale meat products
• Adhering to quality, hygiene and safety regulations
• Checking product quality and ensuring high standards
• General tasks in the area of meat processing and production
• Contributing to the optimisation of workflows

Profile

• Completed training as a butcher, meat specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
• Experience in meat processing, especially pork
• Independent, reliable and quality-oriented working style
• Physical resilience and enjoyment of practical work
• Good German language skills
• Willingness to work in cooled production rooms
• Team spirit and flexibility
