With over 40,000 members, the HEV in the canton of Aargau is the centre of expertise for real estate and the representative body for house, condominium and landowners. We provide advice on legal and construction matters, value and mediate properties, and offer templates, brochures, as well as literature on the topic of real estate. Property Valuer (50-60%)
Start date immediate or by arrangement.
Your impact: You independently prepare market and rental value assessments for single-family and multi-family houses, apartments, commercial properties and building land. Furthermore, you strengthen the building consultancy team, which deals with a wide range of construction-related questions. You represent HEV Aargau to our clients and advise them with your expertise.
Your profile: You have training as an architect, property valuer or construction manager and relevant, several years of professional experience in the real estate and/or construction industry. You work independently, in a structured and efficient manner. You think customer-oriented, are a team player and resilient. You are proficient in German, both spoken and written. You hold a category B driving licence and have your own vehicle.
