What you bring with you

A commercial basic education as well as completed further training as an HR specialist belong to your professional background
You have several years of experience in personnel management, preferably in healthcare

What you can look forward to

You are the direct contact person for the support of a defined organizational area within the PZM
As an internal service provider, you support and advise managers both on personnel issues and in the implementation of all personnel processes, from recruitment to exit
You meet employees of various professional groups and hierarchy levels at eye level and handle their concerns with the necessary sensitivity
You work on HR projects and actively help optimize HR instruments and processes

Who are we?

The Psychiatric Center Münsingen (BE) is one of the largest psychiatric clinics in Switzerland. Every year we treat over 3100 patients.
