Your contribution to our team
You support projects and consulting mandates in an interdisciplinary team on social, organisational and sustainability-related issues. You analyse relevant social and societal questions for private and public clients. In doing so, you develop concepts for practical projects, funding programmes and other interventions and implement them. You support the further development of the Social Sustainability division, project acquisition as well as the expansion of competencies within EBP. You gladly take on responsibility, appreciate working in interdisciplinary teams and direct contact with clients. You work several days a week in our offices in Zurich.
Your skills
- Master's degree (university, ETH, FH) in social sciences, work and organisational psychology, sustainability, business administration, political science or related disciplines
- Work experience in topics related to social sustainability, e.g. organisational development, HR, diversity & inclusion, change management, employer responsibility or sustainable working environments
- Experience in designing and conducting workshops, participation processes or dialogue formats
- Interest in social and organisational issues as well as sustainable development
- Enjoyment in further developing social and socially relevant services and market activities with clients and partners
- Enjoyment in interdisciplinary work with specialists from different subject areas at the interface to sustainability (environment, resources, climate, etc.)
- Interest in client contacts as well as acquisition and development of new projects
- Practical experience in the use of AI in projects is an advantage
- Team-oriented, open and entrepreneurial personality with strong initiative
- Careful, timely and cost-conscious handling of assigned tasks
- Very good oral and written communication skills, appreciative communication with various groups of people
- Confident in German, good to very good English skills, good knowledge of French is an advantage
