What to expect:

During your apprenticeship, you will go through various departments. In the first two years, you will get to know, among other things, internal sales, course administration, and accounting. In addition to practical training, you can complete various practical assignments at work that will help you expand your action competencies. In the third year of apprenticeship, the appropriate "option" will be selected: depending on your strengths, either the finance area or the sales area will be chosen as a specialization. Thus, the department choice for the third year of apprenticeship is made together with you and the trainers.

• Secondary school A or B with good grades
• Motivation, commitment, and willingness to learn
• Outgoing and communicative personality
• High independence and reliability
• Enjoyment of commercial work
