Transport Coordinator / Dispatcher (m/f/d)
100%Your tasks:
- Plan, organise and optimise road and combined transports (deadlines, costs, resources)
- Ensure optimal use of our fleet and transport capacities
- Lead, coordinate and assign tasks to drivers
- Enter, process and check transport orders in IT systems
- Be the direct contact and ensure smooth communication between clients, drivers and partners
- Manage unforeseen events and quickly find solutions adapted to needs
Your profile:
- Completed professional training in logistics, shipping, transport organisation or equivalent training
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in dispatching or organising road transports in Switzerland
- Practical experience in planning and managing a vehicle and driver fleet
- Good knowledge of the regulations applicable to road transport in Switzerland
- Good knowledge of French and German, essential; any other language is an asset
- Ability to work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner
