By maintaining systems and taking on tasks and activities to support our company culture of continuous improvement and related processes, you play an important role in your department. You support data collection, ensure data accuracy, advocate for advancing continuous improvements, and manage the department's KPI scorecards.
Your contribution
As part of your duties:
- you provide training on tools and methods for continuous improvement, support departments in complying with the requirements of our established Daily Management System (DMS)
- you assist various teams with data collection or data extraction in the system to support continuous improvement activities and the DMS
- you facilitate root cause analyses to address identified losses and gaps in the departments' KPI scorecards
- you consolidate new work standards to maintain improvements
- you train colleagues in the safe use of tools for continuous improvements and new work standards arising from continuous improvement activities
- you conduct analyses to identify and eliminate losses using tools such as Power BI.
- you design and provide smaller digital solutions (e.g., using PowerApps, Power Automate)
What you bring
The desire to lead our company into the future and advance your career through experience and knowledge in the following areas:
- University degree in engineering/mechanical engineering and/or a technical field
- Fluent English skills and very good (min. B2 level) German skills in spoken and written form
- Experience with systems for continuous improvement and high performance
- Strong mediation skills and communication strength in team discussions on continuous improvement activities
- Experience applying Lean and/or TPM tools in a plant or production environment
- Ability to process and validate data in manual and automated systems
- Practical experience with digital tools such as Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Excel
- Confident handling of Excel and other data analysis tools
- Organized, disciplined working style to support and convey the DMS process
- Logical, structured thinking ability to extract insights from data
