Head of Building Department (70-100%) – Municipality of Breil/Brigels

The municipality of Breil comprises the five villages of Andiast, Breil-Dorf, Danis-Tavanasa, Dardin and Vuorz. With around 1,800 inhabitants, it lies in the heart of the Surselva. In addition to cultural offerings, the municipality provides various tourist attractions.

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for building matters
• Assessment and examination of building applications in accordance with cantonal and municipal regulations
• Support and advice for builders and planners
• Monitoring compliance with regulations and laws
• Participation in infrastructure and real estate projects
• Representation of building matters in the building commission

Your Profile

• You have training in the field of structural engineering or an equivalent qualification in the public sector
• You have experience or a desire to further your education in building law
• You can work independently and reliably
• You are assertive and enjoy working in a team
• You have good language skills in German and Romansh (advantageous)
