Security Service Staff in Hospital Operations 100%

Your main tasks include:

• Ensuring safety and order in the assigned area of operation
• Presence and patrol duties (indoor and outdoor areas)
• Access and personal controls according to guidelines
• Monitoring of security-relevant systems and areas
• Operation and support of the security centre (alarms, reports, video surveillance)
• De-escalation of conflict and exceptional situations
• Support of operational staff in security-relevant events
• Receiving, assessing and forwarding reports
• Cooperation with internal departments and external emergency services
• Incident and reporting system, shift handovers
• Compliance with data protection, confidentiality and internal instructions

For this role you bring:

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (at least B2)
• Experience in hospital or healthcare environment is an advantage
• Foreign language skills are an advantage
• Basic IT knowledge (Office365, central software, video surveillance, alarm systems)
• Ability to correctly document and report incidents
• Willingness to work shifts, nights, weekends and public holidays
• Impeccable character (criminal record and debt enforcement register extract)
• Mental and physical resilience
• High social and communication skills
• Strong de-escalation and conflict resolution skills
• Compliance with confidentiality, data protection and compliance requirements
• Completed training as a Security and Surveillance Specialist (FSB) is an advantage
