For the Herzogenbuchsee location, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and inspiring leader as part of an early planned succession arrangement:

Branch Manager (m/f/d) 100 %

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the professional, personnel and economic management of the branch with around 20 employees and trainees

• Further development of the location as well as active shaping of the regional corporate strategy
• Leadership, motivation and promotion of employees as well as further development of a positive corporate culture
• Expansion of existing customer relationships as well as active acquisition of new projects in the areas of ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and service
• Responsibility for calculations, pricing and contract negotiations
• Ensuring economically successful development of the branch based on defined key figures
• Close cooperation with regional management and the various specialist departments within the Hälg Group
• Role model as an authentic leader with a strong presence in the market and among employees

Profile:

• Further training as a certified technician HF HVAC, engineer FH HVAC or a comparable qualification

• Several years of leadership responsibility within building technology, for example as department, area or branch manager
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as sound business management knowledge
• Strong customer orientation and enjoyment in developing long-term partnerships
• High social competence, empathy and the ability to inspire and develop employees
• An authentic hands-on mentality: you lead with presence, take responsibility and get involved where needed
• High initiative, decisiveness and implementation skills
• Good knowledge of modern ERP and CRM systems as well as a strong IT affinity towards digital processes
• Ideally an existing network within building technology in the Mittelland region
