What you will achieve with us
- You will take on a central medical and organisational leadership role in acute geriatrics, geriatric rehabilitation and outpatient geriatrics, and help shape the future of geriatric medicine with us.
- You will lead interprofessional teams with clarity, empathy and clinical presence, fostering a culture of responsibility, collaboration and continuing education.
- You will care for highly complex geriatric patients, combining evidence-based medicine with the individual needs and life goals of the people.
- You will further develop care models, quality standards and professional focal points and actively contribute to the strategic development of geriatrics.
- You will participate in the senior medical on-call system with on-call duties but no night shifts.
You inspire us…
- with your specialist title in General Internal Medicine and a focus on Geriatrics (SIWF) or an equivalent recognised qualification.
- with solid clinical experience in acute and/or rehabilitative geriatrics as well as leadership experience at senior level.
- with enthusiasm for complex medicine, for people and for a geriatrics that takes function, autonomy and quality of life as seriously as diagnoses.
- with management training at least at CAS level or the willingness to complete such training.
- with very good German language skills and a personality that combines professional excellence with empathy, reliability, curiosity and a joy of shaping.n personality that helps shape change and wishes to develop both professionally and personally
