For our client, we are looking for a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH for a modern medical facility in the public sector in Zollikon (Switzerland). The organisation is well established, hands-on managed and places great value on quality-oriented, respectful care.

Your Tasks

• 1:1 care and close, individual support of patients in a psychiatric context
  
• Implementation and assurance of professional nursing according to standards and medical directives
  
• Collection, documentation and monitoring of care needs, symptoms and progress
  
• Planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing measures within the interdisciplinary team
  
• Active communication with patients and relatives - respectful and understandable
  
• Close exchange with doctors and therapists to ensure treatment goals
  
• Participation in quality assurance and continuous process improvement
  
• Ensuring patient safety during shift work
  

Your Profile

• Qualified Nursing Specialist HF/FH or equivalent recognition by the SRK
  
• Experience in psychiatry (desirable: practical routine in ward or care daily routine)
  
• High social competence and confident, calm communication in 1:1 care
  
• Fluent English skills for care and daily communication (at least B2)
  
• Reliability, sense of responsibility and professional handling of challenging situations
  
• Strong documentation and organisational skills (clean care planning, comprehensible progress reports)
  
• Team spirit and willingness to collaborate with various professional groups
  
• Resilience and stamina in shift work
