Employee in Materials Management

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an independent individual to take full responsibility for our materials management and our industrial small parts warehouse without classic pallet and forklift logistics. The focus is on inventory accuracy, material flow, and reliable processes.

Your tasks:

• Organisation and management of our industrial small parts warehouse
• Goods receipt and inspection of mechanical as well as electronic parts and assemblies, including the creation of missing inspection and goods receipt documentation
• Proper storage according to technical and ESD standards as well as picking and providing material for production orders
• Conducting inventories and resolving stock discrepancies
• Ensuring a reliable material flow into the production areas
• Active improvement of workflows, material flows, and processes
• Deputising for the shipping department

Your profile:

• Completed technical or logistical vocational training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• Several years of experience in materials management within a manufacturing industrial company
• Confident handling of ERP systems as well as inventory management and warehouse bookings
• Technical understanding and careful handling of mechanical and electronic components
• Strong process understanding and the ability to question and improve workflows
• Independent, structured, and quality-conscious working style with a high sense of responsibility
