Our client, Airex AG, a subsidiary of 3A Composites Core Materials of the Schweiter Technologies Group based in Sins/AG, is a world market leader with its diverse product range. It is engaged in the development and production of recycled and sustainable materials for the manufacture of foams for various future-oriented markets. We have been commissioned to find a competent individual as Manager Finance & Controlling Switzerland (reporting directly to the Director Finance & IT Core Materials EMEA) - applications are welcome from both ladies and gentlemen

We are looking for you as

Manager Finance & Controlling Switzerland 80-100%

Location: Sins | Start date: by arrangement

Area of responsibility

Direct personnel responsibility for the Finance & Controlling team
Monitoring of financial statements including financial reporting
Responsible for forecasting and budgeting processes
Provision of financial decision-making bases
Initiation of corrective measures to improve financial performance
Preparation of Finance & Controlling topics
Ensuring and further development of the Finance & Controlling areas

Profile/Experience

Degree in business administration and/or expert in accounting/controlling or auditing
Solid experience in Finance & Controlling, ideally in industry
Monthly and annual financial statements including reporting according to IFRS & OR
Experience in forecasting and budgeting required
Maintenance and further development of controlling instruments with available tools such as SAP/S/4HANA, PowerBI and Cognos
Professional experience in an equivalent function
Native German speaker, fluent in English
Communicative, hands-on mentality, solution- and team-oriented
