For our hearing centre in Balsthal we are looking for a

Specialist Consultant 60% (m/f/d)

• As the first point of contact for our customers, you ensure comprehensive, efficient and service-oriented customer service.
• You arrange and monitor customer appointments, support our hearing aid acoustician in implementing sales promotion measures, and maintain the customer database.
• Other tasks include selling additional devices and accessories as well as performing simple service work on hearing systems.
• You carry out administrative tasks independently and are responsible for a smooth daily operation.

• You are a friendly, engaging and customer-oriented personality with great enjoyment in dealing with people.
• Patience, flexibility and empathy characterise you.
• Furthermore, you have good IT user skills and also bring experience in administration.
• To achieve your goals, you appreciate the mix of independence and teamwork.

• You help your customers improve their quality of life every day and have the opportunity to actively build customer relationships.
