Your main tasks:

- Performing minor repair and maintenance work as well as quality checks
- Maintaining outdoor facilities and greenery including snow removal
- Waste separation and disposal as well as minor cleaning tasks
- Accompanying and supervising external companies
- Monitoring and controlling various systems
- Providing on-call service

Your profile:

- Completed vocational training in a manual-technical field
- Professional experience in a similar role
- Manual skills and enjoyment of practical work
- Good PC skills
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Flexibility and willingness to provide on-call service
