Mode Bayard AG is a Swiss, nationally operating fashion company based in Bern. The company runs around 70 branches, mostly multi-label concepts under the name BAYARD CO LTD as well as some mono-label stores.  

We are looking for you from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement for our BAYARD CO LTD WOMEN, Marktgasse 45, 3011 Bern.

Your main tasks

• You actively serve and advise our discerning clientele
• You share responsibility for excellent and distinctive visual merchandising
• You handle goods with care and precision
• Cash register operation including closing tasks are part of your daily business
• You assist with maintenance and tidying tasks.

Your profile

• You are a sales talent with experience in the women's sector as well as in the high-end segment, where the customer is always the focus.
• You are a customer-oriented and resilient personality with great commitment and flexibility.
• You have a flair for fashion trends, a well-groomed appearance and an eye for attractive product presentation
• You are an upbeat and dynamic personality and enjoy daily interaction in a lively environment
