Experienced Property Manager

Initial Situation

For our corporate client, an established property management company in Basel, we are looking to complement the team with a new committed member.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for managing an interesting residential and commercial portfolio
- Leading the assigned property management team
- Acceptance and handover during tenant changes
- Budget planning & reporting
- Personal and telephone support of stakeholders
- Property inspections as well as condition assessments and preparation of condition reports

Requirements

Completed commercial basic training and property manager certificate.
Or several years of professional experience in property management.

We are looking for a person with negotiation skills and a confident manner.

IT Skills

MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - good user knowledge

Languages

German: native language
English: good written and spoken skills
