These are your tasks

• Telephone contact for the two offers with internal and external parties
• Administration, coordination and controlling including appointment coordination for doctors, psychologists and case-leading nursing professionals
• Coordination and execution of diverse tasks according to instructions and guidance

What you bring with you

• Interest in health and psychology topics
• You are reliable, communicative as well as humorous and enjoy working in a team
• Confident German in spoken and written form
• Good IT user skills (MS Office suite)
