About the job

The entero Clinic is a specialised addiction specialist clinic of the entero Foundation with three locations in the canton of Aargau. At the Niederlenz site, we treat people with addiction disorders and frequent comorbidities (including depressive disorders) within the framework of an elective service mandate of the Aargau Psychiatric Hospital List – both inpatient and outpatient. A dedicated multiprofessional team consisting of medical service, psychology, nursing, social counselling and specialised therapies works closely together on an equal footing.

To strengthen our psychological team, we are looking for a professionally responsible individual with a Swiss federal advanced training certificate

Psychotherapist 80-100%

Your tasks

• Independent psychotherapeutic diagnosis and treatment of people with addiction disorders and psychological comorbidities – in individual and group settings, inpatient and outpatient
• Application and further development of evidence-based methods (including cognitive behavioural therapy, motivational interviewing, relapse prevention)
• Interdisciplinary treatment planning within the multiprofessional team as well as structured discharge and transfer planning
• Professional guidance and supervision of psychologists in training and early career professionals
• Participation in quality assurance, concept development and internal training
• Crisis intervention within the treatment setting

What you bring

• Swiss federal recognised advanced training certificate in psychotherapy according to the Psychology Professions Act (PsyG) – or a recognised foreign equivalent. A specialist title in clinical psychology or neuropsychology is also welcome.
• Completed university degree (Master's) in psychology
• Professional practice permit of the canton of Aargau or willingness to obtain it
• Experience in the treatment of addiction disorders and/or in the inpatient psychiatric psychotherapeutic setting is an advantage
• Very good German language skills (at least level C1)
