We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Ariba Specialist to join our in-house team. This role will focus on managing and optimizing processes related to Buying and Invoicing, Business Network Supplier management, and Ariba Guided Buying. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Ariba solutions and a strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier engagement, and invoicing operations.
YOUR CHALLENGE:

Oversee and manage end-to-end procurement processes in Ariba, with a focus on SupplierManagement & Procure to Pay Processes

Implement and support Ariba processes, ensuring a seamless user experience for internal stakeholders and compliance with procurement policies

Design and develop solutions within Sunrise's Ariba & S/4 Hana systems

Provide training and support to internal teams on best practices for using Ariba solutions

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to Ariba processes

Coordinate & manage external implementation partner
YOUR SKILLS:

Proven experience with Ariba modules

Familiarity with procurement workflows, supplier relationships, and invoicing procedures

Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to improve processes and drive efficiency

Strong communication skills to support internal users

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Familiarity with SAP components, CIG, and Cloud Integration

Experience with reporting and Ariba authorization concept is a plus
