About the job
A workshop does not run by itself. Especially not when it really matters.
When several vehicles are waiting for repair at the same time, spare parts are missing, and the next job is already at the door, it becomes clear who really has a workshop under control. Here, someone is needed who understands technical contexts, plans smartly, makes clear decisions, and leads their team confidently even in hectic situations.
For an established, family-run company in Northwestern Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced individual who combines organisational talent with technical expertise. We are not looking for an administrator of workflows, but a practitioner with leadership qualities who takes responsibility, thinks economically, and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves when necessary.
You will take responsibility for planning, coordinating, and optimising the daily workshop operations. In doing so, you combine organisational skill and leadership strength with a pronounced hands-on mentality and actively support the team in operational day-to-day business when needed.
Therefore, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a confident
