- Lead outpatient psychiatric-psychotherapeutic care for adults.
- Conduct assessments and diagnostics across the psychiatric spectrum.
- Facilitate family discussions and coordinate with treatment teams.
Skills
- Medical degree (CH state exam or MEBEKO recognition) required.
- Strong social skills and high sense of responsibility.
- Excellent German language proficiency, both written and spoken.

About the job
Your responsibilities include
- Case-leading outpatient psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment of adults with disorders from the entire psychiatric diagnostic spectrum
- Clarification and diagnostics across the entire psychiatric diagnostic spectrum
- Family discussions, coordination of persons and colleagues involved in the treatment
- Varied activities in the areas of counselling and early intervention
- Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team
- Participation in the psychiatric consultation service
- Opportunity to contribute to psychiatric expert reports
You bring with you
- Completed medical studies (Swiss state examination or MEBEKO recognition)
- Advanced or completed specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- High personal responsibility and proven social competence
- Enjoyment of teamwork
- Good networked thinking
