Role:
The company is an established service provider in the field of real estate and facility management and supports owners, users and investors in the professional management and development of real estate and technical systems.
The working environment combines real estate economics, building technology, commercial processes and customer-oriented services. Employees collaborate with various departments, customers and external partners and operate at diverse interfaces depending on their function, between operational daily business, project work and strategic development.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the management of residential and commercial properties including lease contract and vacancy management.
Active support of new and existing tenants is part of your daily routine as well as property inspections and handovers.
You negotiate and prepare commercial lease contracts, amendments and contract annexes and accompany tenant fit-out projects.
You prepare heating and operating cost statements and ensure their correct verification.
You take on reporting, budgeting and planning with corresponding result responsibility and coordinate administrative staff as well as caretaking personnel.
Qualifications:
You hold the federal certificate of competence as a property manager and have several years of experience in managing residential and commercial properties.
Sound knowledge in negotiating and drafting lease contracts distinguishes you.
You work confidently with MS Office and ideally with property management systems such as REM or GREM.
Fluent written and spoken German.
