Your Tasks

You will take on assignments in basic and treatment care for our clients
You will advise and accompany our clients and their relatives
You will conduct needs assessments with RAI-HC at the client's location
You will create care documentation and individual care planning
You will guide, advise, and support other staff members
You will take over the holiday representation of the nursing management

What You Bring

Training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist
Several years of professional experience in long-term care or the Spitex sector is an advantage
You are resilient, flexible, and accustomed to working independently
