About the job
The Gilly Hospital, a pioneering treatment and rehabilitation centre (CTR) in the canton of Vaud since 1989, has been serving the region since 1922. With 42 rehabilitation beds, this ideally located establishment offers a breathtaking view of the Alps and Lake Geneva. Additionally, our temporary reception centre (CAT) with five places offers activities for seniors four days a week.
We are looking for the following for Gilly Hospital:
Nurse (M/F) in CTR at 80-100%
Start date as soon as possible or to be agreed.

YOU HAVE
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a level 2 nurse diploma, recognised by CRS.
- First experience gained in a medical, geriatric or rehabilitation service is an asset.
- Good organisational skills (anticipate, plan, coordinate), flexibility and proactivity.
- The ability to work continuous 12-hour shifts alternating days and nights.
- The ability to take initiatives and responsibilities.
- Good listening skills and ease in interpersonal relations.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure the care of the patients entrusted to you in accordance with institutional values.
- Systematically identify the needs and resources of the patient.
- Develop care objectives with the patient, their relatives, the multidisciplinary team, based on collected data and considering a global therapeutic project.
- Work in an interprofessional manner with the aim of quality care and respecting a holistic approach to the patient.
- Collaborate with all concerned parties to continuously improve practices and ensure good organisation of the service.
