We are looking to strengthen our team as soon as possible with a:

Front Office Agent / Receptionist (m/f/d) Casual

As a Front Office Agent / Receptionist, you bring an outstanding level of commitment, a focus on excellent service, and a genuine passion for creating positive guest experiences to our dynamic Front Office team.

Your main tasks:

• As our Front Office Agent / Receptionist, you enjoy the lively lobby operation and are the first point of contact for our guests
• You not only ensure the smooth running of check-in and check-out but also handle reservations, guest enquiries, phone calls, and payment processing
• You will be the superhero of our guests, ensuring that all aspects of the guest journey and guest experience are implemented at the highest level. This also includes advising on local attractions, restaurants, and events
• You radiate patience, empathy, and a welcoming personality to give our guests a pleasant feeling of being welcome
• As an integral part of the team, you proactively work to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth operation of the Front Office department by coordinating and working closely with other departments

Qualifications

You bring the following:

• Experience in a similar position is an advantage but not necessarily required.
• Fluent German and English skills
• You have an eye for detail and are a creative problem solver
• You are a "doer" with a genuine hands-on mentality
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for hospitality
• Ability to find creative solutions and take responsibility for assigned tasks
• Reliability and enjoyment of working in a demanding environment
• You are open to digital tools and quickly familiarise yourself with new systems
• Clear and effective communication skills
