What you will achieve

• You ensure unforgettable guest experiences and contribute to first-class service
• You lead your team in daily operations, promote collaboration, and ensure smooth processes
• You take responsibility for banquets and events from planning to execution
• You accompany and support our apprentices in their professional and personal development
• You assist in the hotel area from check-in, guest care to check-out

What you bring with you

• Training and experience in gastronomy, ideally with initial leadership experience
• Passion for gastronomy, a strong service mindset, and the ability to inspire guests and employees
• Sense of responsibility, organisational skills, and an independent working style
• Enjoyment in leading and developing employees and apprentices
• Very good German language skills and confidence in using common IT applications
